Dispatch Times
All items are usually dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed unless otherwise stated on the product description. On rare occasions this is sometimes not possible, if for some reason your order is going to be delayed you will be contacted at the earliest possible point and informed of the delay.

Delivery Costs
Delivery cost are calculated on weight, volume and destination of the parcel.
To calculate the cost of delivery on your order simply add your desired products to the shopping cart and click the estimate shipping button. This will open a new window so you can enter the post code for the delivery address, once you have done this click the update button and you will have the cost of delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Advanced Netting Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Returns

  • General Returns: You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and cover the return shipping costs. We may request photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
  • Exclusions: Certain products, including custom-made or personalised items, are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Faulty Returns: If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind or for any reason other than being faulty, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty Returns: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item to arrange this.

3. Custom-Made Products

  • Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged. As these products are made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@advancednetting.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the reason for your return and providing your order number.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization and, if applicable, instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and return it using a tracked service. We recommend keeping proof of return until the refund has been processed.
