Each has its own strengths, because every professional activity is specific and requires custom made clothing! Flexibility, durability, insulation! Our fabric range matches the very individual expectations of every worker.

On the cutting edge of innovation : Leader in our market, we develop highly technical exclusive fabrics that are precursors when it comes to performance, safety and comfort. New techniques have been implemented fo the good of users and the environment ! Our products are manufactured with lead-free fabrics. 

Fabric composition:
We “jealously” guard the secrets of our fabrics! Some have been used exclusively by Guy Cotten for decades: Nylpeche fabric, Cap-Coz fabric, etc.

All our fabrics have been chosen because they provide real weather protection, while remaining comfortable inside.
Associated with “good fabrics”, we take great care and are pragmatic in the making of our garments, which is what makes them reliable no matter what the weather is like!

420 Fabric
Fabric coated on both sides. Its weight, toughness and flexibility make it a fabric with great strengths Composition: Polyester (100 g/m²). Double sided PVC coating 300 g/m². Total weight 400/420 g/m²

AMSTERDAM Fabric
100% cotton 185 g/m².

AQUASTAR Fabric
The Aquastar fabric is breathable. Its weight, 230 g/m², makes it a strong fabric that is very pleasant to wear for sailing activities or at the seaside.

BUFFALO Fabric
100 % cotton 295 g/m2.

CAP COZ Fabric
This is an already proven fabric delivering maximum comfort. The generous outer coating makes it very strong and entirely waterproof, while allowing great flexibility. It is also very resistant to temperature variations. The Cap Coz's interior jersey is pleasant to the touch, provides thermal insulation and reduces condensation. Composition: Polyester jersey 110 g/m². 1 side PVC coating 370 g/m². Total weight 480 g/m².

CITY Fabric
The City fabric is designed for the city. It combines flexibility with comfort of material and meets the technical requirements of good waterproof clothing! Composition: PVC 280 g/m² , Polyester 50g/m², Cotton 30g/m² and PU 15g/m². Total weight: 375 g/m².

CLASSIC Fabric
A supple extremely long-lasting Polyamide/Polyester fabric coated with PVC on both sides. Offers very good value for money. Composition: Extremely durable Polyamide/Polyester 80 g/m². Double sided PVC coating 380 g/m².Total weight 460 g/m².

CLEVELAND Fabric
100 % cotton 255 g/m2.

WATER REPELLANT COTTON Fabric
100 % cotton Total weight 380 g/m².

Tissu DREMTECH+
Three + Two layers breathable fabric.

Each layer has its own function. Once combined they reach a very high level of efficiency.

Central part in three layers :

- An "intelligent" non porous molecular membrane :when the body temperature goes up, the intermolecular space of the membrane increases, thus helping the quick extraction of the humidity. The membrane is non porous and therefore remains windproof and waterproof, even if stretched or submitted to the toughest conditions.

- A Micro-porous coating increasing the resistance to wind and water.
- A binding between the two layers.
+ 2 layers :
- Very hard wearing outer fabric with water repellent and non-stains treatments.
- Inside integrated lining. It saves the addition of an extra lining and provides longer life, performance and comfort.

Technical datas :
Waterproofness : 30 m water column.
Moisture permeability : 4700g/m2 per 24 hours. 90 % polyamide, 10 % polyurethane.

Total weight : 220 g/m2.

DU BRIAVE Fabric
100% Cotton 255g/m²

ECO Fabric
Jersey lined fabric; single side PVC coated 265 g/m². Excellent value for money. Suitable for recreational use, but also for professional use, thanks to its adapted coating weight. Light and supple making it very comfortable.

FERRASAC Fabric
Thick and highly resistant, this high-frequency weldable fabric par excellence is used to make excellent waterproof bags. Polyester – double sided PVC coating Total weight: 630 g/m².

Tissu BAXTER
olyether based polyurethane film 300 microns. Total weight: 370 g/m².

FISCHER Fabric
Flexible fabric with generous coating, highly resistant to oils, grease and wear and tear. Very tough and comfortable thanks to the interior textile. Composition: Polyester 70 g/m² 1 side PVC Coating 510 g/m² Total weight 580 g/m².

GLENTEX Fabric
The incredible flexibility of a coated high-performing textile. Polyester (65 g/m²) PVC Coated (255 g/m²). Total weight 320g/m².

GLENTEX FLUORESCENT Fabric
The incredible flexibility of a coated high-performing textile. Fabric coated on both sides (EN 471). Polyester 65 g/m². Fluorescent PVC coating 320 g/m². Total weight 385 g/m².
HOT SKIN fabric

HOT SKIN Fabric
A surprising compound made up of 5 layers for a width of only 0.5 mm. The outer jersey guarantees makes the suit highly resistant. A Titanium layer guarantees the first thermal barrier. Chloroprene (Neoprene) offers insulating properties. The internal Titanium layer keeps in body heat by reflection. The SCS (Smooth Composite Skin) is in direct contact with the skin. This material is really extraordinary. It is hydrophobic (does not absorb moisture)!

MICRO-POWER DRY® Fabric
Keeps your skin dry when you perspire. The double sided knit has different yarns on either side of the fabric, which creates 2 surfaces; one permeable to moisture, the other drying quickly. Ideal as an under layer for outdoor sports or as underwear. 100% polyester.

PFD FLOTATION FOAM Fabric
Closed-cell, non-absorbent, high density PVC foam, very resistant to compression. Flotation is guaranteed even after extended use.

NYLPECHE Fabric (exclusive quality)
Perfected for the commercial fishing industry, Nylpeche has been adopted by a large majority of fishermen worldwide.The attention given to the coating, which contains only pure ingredients, accounts for the fabric ability to weather extremes of temperature.
The sophistication of Nylpeche provides a 100 % waterproof garment of unequalled strength, at the same time retaining excellent suppleness.
Composition : highly resistant
polyester 150 g/m2.
Double sided pure PVC coating (335 g/m2).
Total weight : 485 g/m2.

Tissu POLAIRE POL 350
Cette fibre polaire douce et compacte possède de grandes qualités thermiques. 100% polyester.  

SOFTWEAR FLEECE Fabric
Pleasant to the touch, with characteristic softness and flexibility. Ideal for day to day use. Polyester 225 g/m² and viscose 25 g/m². Total weight 250 g/m².

POLARTEC 100 Fabric
The “velvet” finish creates pockets of air which retain body heat. Light, warm and breathable, it is suitable for all outdoor sports. Dries quickly. 100% polyester. Total weight 100 g/m².

POLARTEC 200 Fabric
The “velvet” finish creates pockets of air which retain body heat. Light, warm and breathable, it is suitable for all outdoor sports. Dries quickly. 100 % polyester. Total weight 200 g/m².

COATED POLYAMIDE Fabric
Generally associated with a warm lining, this fabric has proven itself over the years. Very resistant and light. Polyamide. Polyurethane coat. Total weight 160 g/m².

WATER REPELLENT POLYCOT Fabric
Cotton 80 g/m². Polyester 170 g/m². Total weight 250 g/m².

HIGH VISIBILITY POLYESTER Fabric
Breathable, waterproof, flexible (EN 471) fabric. Polyester 100 g/m². Breathable PU 46 g/m². Total weight 146 g/m².

POLYPECHE Fabric
Highly resistant with a very good outer coating and inner jersey for maximum comfort.

POWER STRETCH Fabric
Maximum comfort. Extremely stretchable and warm. Patented double sided knit. The exterior stands up to wind and abrasion, the interior, made of polyester, is soft, warm and comfortable. The concept allows perspiration to escape and keeps the skin dry. Elasticated in four directions, it enables the wearing of skin tight clothing and maintains full freedom of movement. 61 % polyester. 30 % polyamide. 9 % lycra. Total weight 194 g/m².

REDNYL Fabric
Ideal compromise between weight and toughness, it is perfectly suited to activities in which flexibility and freedom of movement are required. Polyester (60 g/m²). PVC coating (260 g/m²). Total weight 320 g/m².

SPI Fabric
Very fine, this has a breathable coating. It is ideal for all windcheater articles for which the reduction in weight and space occupied is essential. 100 % polyamide – PU coated. Total weight 114 g/m².

SPORTPRO Fabric
The Sportpro Fabric is “Waterproof”, “Windproof” and “Highly breathable”. The interior membrane is extremely resistant, since it maintains a water resistance of above 10,000 mm in the water column test, even after several washes. It has an excellent water resistance to breathable ratio. 100% polyamide - polyurethane coated. Total weight 160 g/m².
